Euromex BlueScope BL.1051 – monocular transmitted light microscope for education, universities and small laboratories
The Euromex BlueScope BL.1051 is a robust, safe, allround microscope with Köhler lighting, Dual-NeoLED™ (white + halogen colour), integrated mechanical X-Y stage and USB-C power supply (5V) – designed for reliable continuous operation in educational and routine environments.
The BlueScope series was developed for education, universities and small laboratories, with a focus on durability and safety while maintaining high quality standards. The BL.1051 is particularly well suited to environments where instruments are frequently used, shared and deployed quickly: the rotating head is adjustable to two heights, the rackless microscope stage supports safety and ergonomics in daily handling, and operation remains deliberately straightforward.
In everyday use, the highlights really come into their own in terms of image quality and workflow. Köhler lighting ensures uniform lighting, while dual-coloured lighting (3 W white + 3 W halogen colour) can vary the lighting effect depending on the specimen – helpful when, for example, a different contrast impression is desired for transparent objects. The concept is complemented by practical features such as Quick Focus Aid, a colour-coded height-adjustable condenser, Smart Storage Compartment and a slot for polarisation filters. A Kensington security option is also provided for use in shared rooms.
Model classification within the BlueScope series:
The BL.1051 is the classic monocular base model with the standard 4x/10x/S40x lens package (4/10/40x configuration). It offers the key BlueScope highlights such as Köhler, Dual-NeoLED™ and mechanical X-Y stage, but without the additional S60x option and without S100x oil immersion. (Other digital variants such as integrated camera, tablet or LCD are separate models in the series.)
