DSX1000 Advanced Level
With its tilting stand, the DSX1000 Advanced Level allows oblique viewing (OBQ) in a range of ± 90°. The euzentric optical design supports a generous field of view when the tripod is tilted or the table is rotated, allowing the sample to be viewed from different angles. This flexibility means that the sample can be viewed from above, making it easier to detect even difficult-to-see defects. The system automatically records the tilt and rotation angle for each image.
The DSX1000's special control console ensures exceptional user-friendliness. For example, the XY table and Z drive can be controlled with a joystick. The focus can be varied using the wheel. The zoom head unit can be moved quickly by adjusting the fine focus drive.
