SZM Series
The instruments of the SZM series have been developed for laboratory and industrial use. The optical and mechanical quality is first class in its category and the price-performance ratio is truly excellent. The optical system consists of zoom lenses and binocular or trinocular heads. The SZM series is suitable for professional applications. At the same time, it is in a favourable price segment. A wide range of accessories allows many configurations to be created and increases the flexibility of the instruments.
Heads
The SZM series instruments have binocular or trinocular heads that can be rotated 360° and have a 45° oblique view.
Eye relief
The eye relief is adjustable between 51 and 75 mm.
Diopter adjustment
Diopter adjustment is possible on both eyepieces.
eyepieces
EWF10x/20 mm eyepieces are used.
lenses
Parfocal achromatic zoom lenses, from 0.7x to 4.5x (6.428:1 zoom ratio).
Object holders
The instruments with lighting are equipped with a white/black disc, clamps and a frosted glass plate for transmitted light.
Focus
Coarse and fine adjustment are controlled by a rack and pinion drive.
tripod
- Pillar stand 30 mm and 25 cm high, base 26 x 20 x 6 cm
- Overhanging stand 42 cm high, 23 x 23 cm base and 45 cm horizontal arm
lighting
Adjustable lighting for transmitted and reflected light with 12V/15W halogen lamps. The angle of reflected light is adjustable. The SZM-1/2 LED microscopes have dual high-performance LED lighting.
THE SZM-SMD
This instrument was specially developed for the semiconductor industry.
A special SMD holder is mounted for this purpose. It can be rotated 360° and the diffraction angle can be adjusted.
The working distance is 103 mm.
Lighting is optional.
