cellSens Standard Version 4.2 CS-ST-V4.2
The Olympus cellSens Standard software is the successor to the cellSens Entry Package. It enables recordings beyond single images and offers advanced image acquisition processes (such as time lapse) as well as control of motorised and coded microscope components.
If you perform fluorescence experiments, the standard version of cellSens is a cost-effective solution. The standard version has all the features of the entry-level version, plus powerful tools for capturing 3D images that combine XY, Ch, T and multiple points (stitching), and also allows you to overlay multi-coloured images and perform simple object counts with a click of the mouse.
Features:
- Layout: Personalisation of user experience
- Display: Overlay of multiple images, document groups for page-by-page image comparison, video playback, tile view (display of multiple image tiles side by side)
- Image capture: Snapshot/video recording, time-lapse with defined interval, automatic adjustment of multiple wavelengths, manual panorama image creation (Instant MIA and manual MIA) (manual process), multi-position visitation and table navigator (multi-position), automatic panorama image creation (Auto-MIA, motorised table required) (multiple positions), instant EFI image creation (manual or motorised Z-axis) (manual process)
- Image processing: Geometry/combination/filter processing
- Image analysis: Area and line measurements, object analysis and classification (counting and measuring), interactive measurement, object counting (manual), cell count and confluence measurement (confluence testing)
- Documentation and collaboration: Database solution for image and data management for microscopy (database core), open database and load data sets/documents from database (database client)
- Remote transmission: Netcam
