ambelis® Drive – For high-contrast vision during the day and in sunlight
With ambelis® Drive, your eyes enjoy optimum protection from UV radiation and annoying glare – specially developed for use during the day and in bright light. The high-quality filter lenses significantly improve contrast vision and, thanks to their high blue light absorption, ensure more relaxed vision without unnaturally distorting colour perception.
Unlike classic edge filter glasses, ambelis® Drive offers a modern appearance and pleasant, natural colour perception – suitable for traffic in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12312-1 (not suitable for night driving or poor visibility conditions).
Efficient glare protection:
The frame is equipped with an extra-deep upper rim and wide temples with side windows to effectively shield against lateral light and sun reflections. Ventilation slots between the temples and the centre piece prevent the lenses from fogging up – ideal for temperature changes.
Available tints:
15% – light tint for indoor use and changing light conditions
65% – ideal for sunny days
Gradient 50–15% – pleasant brightness balance with harmonious transition
