The Levenhuk DTX RC3 remote-controlled microscope is designed for observing and measuring objects. You can view the image directly on the integrated LCD screen or connect a computer monitor or TV – the necessary HDMI cable is included. This microscope is particularly suitable for workshops, watchmakers and jewellers. It allows you to get the job done faster and with less effort.
5-inch (12.7 cm) colour LCD screen
The microscope allows digital magnification from 5x to 160x. The optical magnification ranges from 5x to 15x. The image captured through the objective is displayed on a 12.7 cm colour LCD screen. The instrument delivers a clear, high-contrast and detailed image. HDMI and AV connections are available if you wish to use external screens.
High-resolution images and videos
With this microscope, you can record images and videos in no time at all. This allows you to create a digital observation archive, document and archive the results of your work. Images and videos are recorded in high quality: videos in Full HD quality, images with up to 12 megapixels. A separately available memory card is required to store the data.
Lighting on flexible holders
The lighting system is located above the microscope stage, so all observations are made in incident or reflected light. Two LED point lights are mounted on flexible holders. This allows you to tilt and align the lighting as required to direct the light exactly where you want it. You can control the brightness with a control on the power cable.
Multifunction remote control
All essential functions are also available on the wireless remote control. You can use the remote control to adjust the magnification and illumination brightness, capture images and videos, and more. The remote control allows you to operate the microscope and many of its functions from a distance. This is particularly useful for presentations, lectures or group work.
Computer connection and software for measurements
If you connect the microscope to a computer, you can view the microscope image on a larger screen and use software to measure objects.
