The OPTIKA IM‑300LD4is a professional fluorescence microscope with LED technology that has been specially developed for research, diagnostics and teaching. It impresses with its modular design, powerful light output and versatile applications.
Optics and mechanics
The instrument features an ergonomically inclined trinocular tube (45°), adjustable eye relief (50–75 mm) and wide-field eyepieces (WF10x/22) with rubber eyepiece cups. The ball-bearing 5-position objective turret is equipped with durable, fungus-resistant LWD U‑PLAN F lenses (10x, 20x, 40x).
Lighting and fluorescence
The integrated LED fluorescence unit with 4 filter slots offers up to 35% higher light intensity compared to metal halide lamps. The brightness is adjustable, and changing the filter automatically activates the appropriate LED – without any warm-up times or lamp changes.
Stage, condensers and focus
A mechanical microscope stage (250×290 mm) with glass and metal supports allows you to work with slides and petri dishes (Ø54 mm). The LWD condenser (NA0.30, W.D.72 mm) and coarse/fine adjustment with end stop enable precise and reliable focusing.
