Microscopes pour les naturopathes
Le microscope, en tant qu’outil de travail pour les naturopathes, a connu un regain d’intérêt pendant la pandémie de Covid-19. Le domaine d'application classique ici est le diagnostic en fond noir du sang des patients, selon le professeur Enderlein.
L’équipement optimal d’un microscope pour fond noir comprend au minimum un objectif 10x classique pour faciliter la mise au point et l’ajustement de l’échantillon, ainsi qu’un objectif 100x à immersion huile pour l’analyse proprement dite du sang. Un diaphragme d'iris intégré à l’objectif permet d'augmenter encore le contraste de l’image.
La lumière incidente est dirigée vers l’objectif via un condenseur cardioïde ou une LED latérale qui éclaire l’échantillon de biais. Une caméra HDMI permet de capturer l’image réfléchie et offre ainsi au naturopathe une base impressionnante pour discuter les résultats directement avec le patient.
